Prepare and quality-check client tax-return details and move them smoothly through to lodgement with our registered tax-agent partners.
- Review and prepare client information for accurate return preparation
- Quality-check details before they go to the registered tax agent
- Liaise with our registered tax-agent partners through to lodgement
- Keep clients updated and close out missing-information gaps quickly
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Tax, bookkeeping or finance-admin experience preferred

Customer Service Assistant
Be the friendly first voice for clients — handle enquiries and callbacks and guide people through our simple online refund process.
- Respond to inbound calls, emails and enquiries within SLA
- Guide clients through the online start process and what to have ready
- Make callbacks and follow up outstanding information
- Log every interaction accurately in our systems
- Excellent spoken and written English and a calm, helpful manner
- Customer-service experience preferred

Sales Assistant
Turn interest into lodged returns — follow up enquiries, explain our options, and hit tax-season targets. The engine of our sourcing model.
- Convert inbound enquiries into started returns
- Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads
- Explain refund options clearly (never give tax advice)
- Hit weekly conversion and activity targets
- Confident phone manner and a track record of hitting targets
- Sales or contact-centre experience preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working to KPIs remotely

Refund Operations Associate
Keep the numbers tying out — reconcile lodged returns against refunds and coordinate disbursement records. All funds move only through company accounts.
- Reconcile lodged returns against refunds received and fees due
- Maintain accurate disbursement and status records in our systems
- Coordinate with partners and the support team on exceptions
- Flag and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Strong reconciliation / bookkeeping skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and admin systems
- Integrity with financial data — all funds flow through company accounts, never personal

Settlements Officer
Run the money rails — operate the company's payment/settlement dashboard and reconcile fee-from-refund and affiliate payouts through the business payment provider.
- Operate the company payment / settlement dashboard
- Reconcile fee-from-refund and process affiliate payouts via the business PSP
- Maintain audit-ready records of every transaction
- Support month-end reconciliation
- Finance-operations, payments or accounts experience
- Meticulous, audit-minded and trustworthy with financial data
- All settlement runs through company accounts and the business PSP — never personal accounts
